Every week, without fail, a group of men calling themselves "The Board" ride their motorcycles and mopeds and park themselves in front of a local cafe on a corner off Second St. in Belmont Shore near where I live. I see them every week and decided to paint them. They always seem to be having a great time catching up and having a coffee together.
