On a trip to the gorgeous mountain town of Telluride, Colorado I took a drive one day to see what I would discover. On a remote road above the town I came upon this stand of Aspens. The solitude and colors were so beautiful I decided to set up and paint.

This is a studio piece I did from the plein air painting I did on site. It is an 18" x 14" Original Oil Painting and comes in a gallery style frame.
