With the backdrop of the dark cloudy skies and the brilliance of the white foam, this scene was one I just could not pass up. The ocean has always been a place I’ve been attracted to and Laguna Beach is one of the best places to go to fill the craving. When painting this one, I just kept thinking there’s just no way you could ride that break. Hence, the title, “Back Breaker”
