This is a painting I created from a plein air painting I did on site at the Menehune Fishpond in Kauai, Hawaii. I was driving one morning early and came upon this beautiful scene and pulled over at the bridge to get my gear out and catch this stunning sunrise. Also known as Alakoko Fishpond, it has been listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

This is a 24” x 18” original oil painting and comes in a gallery style wood frame.
