Here is the historic Catalina Island Yacht Club. Catalina Island Yacht Club is one of the oldest yacht clubs on the West Coast, located on the Avalon waterfront.  The club was founded in 1893 by the Banning brothers who owned Catalina Island before the Wrigley Family. 

This was done on site en plein air and is a 8”x10” original oil painting.
